Support tickets inside Discord
Members open tickets as private threads. Hushera sorts each one by priority, and your staff get a draft reply when they ask for one.
Free on any server, no time limit. Pro is $6.99 per server a month.

Draft reply
Thanks for the details, Mira. Rejoining resets verification, so the captcha you did before no longer counts. Run it once more in #verify and give it a minute. If the role still doesn’t show up, reply here and we’ll add it by hand.
Only you can see this. It expires in 15 minutes.
Set up in two commands
Or do both in the dashboard, which also has a panel builder.
- 1
/setupPick your staff roles and a log channel. Needs Manage Server.
- 2
/panel createRun it in your support channel to post a panel. Up to five topics show as buttons, more as a dropdown.
Then a member picks a topic
They fill in a subject and what’s going on. The bot opens a private thread with them and pings your staff roles. Each member can have 3 tickets open.

What the AI does
Four jobs, each one AI action: triage when a ticket opens, an answer from your sources, a draft reply when staff ask, and a summary when it closes.
Sorted when it opens
Each new ticket gets a category, a priority and a one-line summary before staff open it. Urgent tickets show a red bar in Discord and a red badge in the dashboard.
Answered from your sources
Add your FAQ or rules as a source and turn on auto-answer. When a source covers the question, the bot replies in the thread. “That helped” closes the ticket. “Talk to a human” pings your staff.

Ticket #0144
How do I get the Artist role?
hey how do i get the artist role, cant find where to apply
HusheraAPPToday at 2:31 PM
Artist role applications are in #apply-artist. Post three pieces of your work there and a mod reviews them within a week. If you already applied, reply here with the date.
Answered from the knowledge base by AI
Summed up when it closes
Your log channel gets who handled it, how long it took, a three-line summary and a link to the transcript.

Before you add it
What the bot can see and do in your server.
- Permissions
- View Channels, Send Messages, Send Messages in Threads, Create Private Threads, Manage Threads and Mention Everyone. No Administrator. Mention Everyone only adds a staff role to a thread; the bot never pings @everyone.
- Who can set it up
- Only members with Manage Server can run
/setupand/panel. - What it reads
- It saves messages from ticket threads, to keep the transcript. It ignores messages in your other channels and never saves them.
- Who it pings
- Never by DM. It pings your staff roles when a ticket opens or a member asks for a human, and the opener when it closes.
- AI
- Triage, drafts, answers and summaries run on Google Gemini. Triage is on by default and auto-answer is off; both switch in the dashboard. Drafts run only when staff press Draft reply. Close summaries always run.
- Data it keeps
- Ticket messages, ticket details, your settings and sources, and usage counts. On Free, message text is deleted 90 days after a ticket closes.
- Removing it
- Kick the bot at any time. On Free, Hushera deletes the server’s data 30 days later.
- Switching from another bot
- Post a Hushera panel and remove the old one. Hushera does not import tickets, so let open tickets finish where they started.
The docs and the privacy policy have the details.
Priced per server
Every plan has private ticket threads, triage, draft replies and close summaries. Paid plans raise the limits. Every plan starts free: add the bot, then upgrade from Billing in the dashboard.

An AI action is one triage, draft reply, auto-answer or close summary. A typical ticket uses two: triage when it opens and a summary when it closes. Adding knowledge sources is free.
When a server runs out, tickets keep working and the AI pauses until the first of the month, UTC. On Pro or Team, add your own Gemini key to remove the cap. Prices in US dollars, plus sales tax or VAT where it applies. Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
Try it on your server
Add the bot, run /setup and post a panel. If it is not for you, kick it. On Free, its data is gone 30 days later.
